CMT’s own ride hailing platform,
rebuilt for London

ARRO, CMT’s ride hailing platform, has built a significant presence in the US since 2016. It is live in London following a complete revamp, and its full roll-out across the city is under way.

Passengers who already use ARRO in the US can open the same app to hail a London Black Cab when they visit the capital.

ARRO

With ARRO, ride hailing jobs are delivered straight to the CMT in-vehicle tablet. Drivers keep the whole meter fare, and passengers pay exactly what they would for a cab hailed on the street.

Live in London
£0hailing commission

No commission for drivers and no booking fee for passengers. Passengers simply pay the meter fare.

Fair pricing keeps passengers coming back, and commission-free work is a genuine draw for drivers.

Jobs straight to the in-vehicle tablet

Since ARRO is built and owned by CMT, trips are dispatched directly to the CMT in-vehicle tablet. No second phone, no extra app to juggle: drivers accept trip requests with a simple tap and switch between hailing and street work in one place.

ARRO Concierge

An additional stream of jobs from locations such as hotels and hospitals, helping keep cabs busy between street hails.

Passengers pay the meter fare

There are no booking fees, surge prices or app surcharges. Passengers simply pay the metered fare, just as they would for a cab hailed on the street, which builds trust and repeat use.

Demand insight for drivers

CMT’s business intelligence produces waiting-time data for taxi ranks and streets, helping drivers position themselves where the work is.

How an ARRO trip works

Every step happens on the CMT tablet already in the cab, from the request to the payment.

  1. ARRO e-hail request on the driver tablet, marked as a no commission trip

    Accept the request

An e-hail request arrives on the CMT tablet, marked as a no commission trip. Accept it with one tap.

  2. ARRO en route screen with map and pickup details

    Drive to the pickup

The map and the passenger’s pickup details are on the same tablet. No second phone needed.

  3. ARRO in trip screen showing the route to the drop-off

    Complete the trip

Confirm the passenger is on board and follow the route to the drop-off.

  4. ARRO payment approved screen showing the total fare

    Get paid the meter fare

The passenger pays the metered fare by card. You keep it all, with no hailing commission.
