The CMT card system is fully approved by the Transport for London. It is supplied and installed free of charge*.

Meter Integrated

Our system is integrated with the taximeter. At the end of journey and when the meter is stopped, the fare will automatically transfer to the PIN pad located in the passenger compartment. There is no need to connect your mobile phone as is the case with other light weight solutions.

Driver Touch Screen

Our system is controlled via an 8” touch screen convenient for the driver to operate. There are multiple features as well as the basic card processing.

Ingenico IPP350 PIN Pad

The Ingenico PIN pad is one of the most common PIN pad you will find in the UK retail sector. Intuitive screen prompts ensure the passenger can pay quickly with the option of leaving a gratuity with every fare.

Receipt Printer

It is a TfL requirement that electronic receipts can be printed on demand at the end of the journey. Drivers can configure their receipt printing preferences.

Driver Pay

Driver can select, once, twice a week payments or 7 daily payments. Upon cashiering, drivers are emailed detailed receipt of all fares, tips and fees for the period.

ARRO

The CMT card system is unique having the ability to dispatch jobs to the driver touch screen. ARRO is our sister e-Hail platform. ARRO Concierge offers drivers further jobs predominately from locations such as hotel and hospitals.

Business Intelligence

Another unique feature and extremely useful tool is the Business Intel. Advanced algorithms produce data for waiting times on both the taxi ranks and streets.

Our lines are open around the clock, 365 days a year. Emergency card payments can be taken over the phone along with technical support in the unlikely event its required.
